The 1st Amendment and a Free Press

The First Amendment to the Constitution is supposed to Protect the Citizens of this Country From Corrupt Politicians. In Utah, the Media is nothing more than their spokesperson. Instead of being a Watchdog. Utah has lapdogs. Every media outlet has Investigative Journalists. So why does the Utah Voice Stand alone in the fight against corruption?

Thank God for the Internet

Before the Internet those that had the wealth to buy or start a Newspaper had a monopoly on Information. They could print allthe Propaganda they wanted and no-one objected. Today, with cell phone cameras, youtube, and Social Media, people have turned away from the Newspapers and TV Talking Heads. They now can do their own research.

Now Even the Internet is Being Censored

Communist China is the New Global Power, and their influence over Search Engines and Social Media is becoming a heavy load for our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Under the Guise of "Hate Speech" they are forcing Americans to call Rioters and Communist Agitators Protesters. Families are being indoctrinated into accepting the loss of their rights to a very small group of people that hold the Media Megaphone.

Utah is No Exception

Boycott Deseret News

The Deseret News Promoted Criminal John Sullivan AFTER the Provo Riot and Shooting.

While minimal police presence was seen at Monday’s protest, Provo police on Wednesday had shut down the intersection where the groups were gathered. Police stood next to counterprotesters and about a half block behind. Officers from other jurisdictions were also on hand to help with traffic and crowd control.

Sullivan spoke to the crowd and advised people to be calm and friendly and not respond to any provocation.

“I found it very disheartening because harming another human being, I can’t do it,” he said. “They think that’s why we’re here, to harm other people. But that’s the actions of a few people. ... Let’s spread a message of unity, helping one and other, loving one another.”

The crowd cheered him as horns honked in solidarity and the protesters applauded.

At one point a man began yelling at the racial equality protesters, and they began responding by chanting “Black lives matter” until Sullivan called them back. He told them to listen to the speakers and to ignore anything coming from the other side of the street.

Promoting a Communist as a Man of Peace shows just how corrupt the Deseret News has become. Utah was sold to Communist China by Mitt Romney, Jon Huntsman and Gary Herbert/Spencer Cox. They control Utah's Culture of Greed which has created a 4 billion dollar annual Trade Deficit for the tiny state of 3.1 million people.

The same Billionaires that benefit from cheap overseas Labor have given China the Economic Power it Needs to Conquer these United States and the rest of the World.  Jon Huntsman helped author the Free Trade Treaties used to destroy the Utah Economy. Romney made sure that no Trump Tariffs stopped the Chinese raid on American Businesses and Bank Accounts.

Michelle Kaufusi is Just Another Communist Puppet.

Communists play on your sense of fairness and goodness. They manipulate your emotions until you find yourself completely surrounded by Predators waiting to Devour your Family, Income, Business and Life's Work. Kaufusi was Communist John Huntsman's Running mate. He is her Master and Communist China owns both of them.

Utah Will Be Where Freedom Makes Its Last Stand

Economic Dominance Leads to Military Conquests

As the above Graphic shows, Communist China has used American Dollars to Build a Global Economic Empire. This is Turning into a Global Communist Empire and the United States is already being overthrown by their Puppets and Allies in Government, Churches and the Media.

You Need to Demand Accountability as a Citizen of Utah

When corrupted Institutions are no longer worthy of trust, it becomes the Citizen's responsibility to demand Reform and Accountability. You cannot delegate that responsibility. You can only embrace it, or ignore it until it is too late.

  1. Can you help me understand where in the constitution it says that “The Free Press is Supposed to Protect Our Community from Predators”? Can you help me find where in the constitution it says “The First Amendment to the Constitution is supposed to Protect the Citizens of this Country From Corrupt Politicians.”?

On what evidence do you draw the conclusion that the first amendment is supposed to do these things?

“Try to be pleasant to one another, get plenty of fresh air, read a good book now and then, depose your government when it suspends the free press, try to use the mechanism of the state to adjudicate fairly and employ diplomatic means wherever possible to avoid armed conflict.”

“The United States, almost alone today, offers the liberties and the privileges and the tools of freedom. In this land the citizens are still invited to write their plays and books, to paint their pictures, to meet for discussion, to dissent as well as to agree, to mount soapboxes in the public square, to enjoy education in all subjects without censorship, to hold court and judge one another, to compose music, to talk politics with their neighbors without wondering whether the secret police are listening, to exchange ideas as well as goods, to kid the government when it needs kidding, and to read real news of real events instead of phony news manufactured by a paid agent of the state. This is a fact and should give every person pause.”
      ― E.B. White, One Man’s Meat

“The liberty of the press is indeed essential to the nature of a free state: but this consists in laying no previous restraints upon publications, and not in freedom from censure for criminal matter when published. Every freeman has an undoubted right to lay what sentiments he pleases before the public: to forbid this, is to destroy the freedom of the press: but if he publishes what is improper, mischievous, or illegal, he must take the consequence of his own temerity.”
― William Blackstone, Commentaries on the Laws of England, Volume 4: A

“A free press can, of course, be good or bad, but, most certainly without freedom, the press will never be anything but bad.”
      ― Albert Camus

“Unless you have a free press in your country, there is no need to buy newspapers and there is no need to watch the news because there is no need to listen to the lies! And you already have one real information: You are being deceived by the people you are governed! This is an enough information for you!”

    3. Founding Fathers:

No experiment can be more interesting than that we are now trying, and which we trust will end in establishing the fact, that man may be governed by reason and truth. Our first object should therefore be, to leave open to him all the avenues to truth. The most effectual hitherto found, is the freedom of the press. It is, therefore, the first shut up by those who fear the investigation of their actions. Thomas Jefferson

Were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. Thomas Jefferson

Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost. Thomas Jefferson

I am… for freedom of the press, and against all violations of the Constitution to silence by force and not by reason the complaints or criticisms, just or unjust, of our citizens against the conduct of their agents. Thomas Jefferson
